Over the years I have had many rental property on my books which
have needed repairs especially to garage doors. Tenants are not
usually carefull with the doors and slam then down causing damage
to the mechanism.

damaged to the point where we were unable to life the door high enough

We are a commercial outfit with two large roller doors on our
warehouse which over the past few years have been getting jammed

My wife had a slight miss-hap with our car and drove into our garage door
